Everywhere, mountains of reclaimed asphalt are stockpiled. Legislation will in future prohibit the landfilling of reclaimed asphalt. A mixing ban with other aggregates also applies. With GIPO’s asphalt processing technology, old surfacing returns to the cycle as secondary aggregate. Closing material loops is the top priority when recovering raw materials from reclaimed asphalt, which is particularly sustainable in terms of conserving natural resources and landfill space.
