Newly delivered to Ritter Recycling AG
With the delivery of a new fully electric GIPO P 131 GIGA tracked impact crushing plant, Ritter Recycling AG is investing in state-of-the-art processing and recycling technology. This powerful impact crusher stands for maximum efficiency, outstanding production performance and sustainable plant operation. By making this investment, Ritter is sending a clear signal for the future of construction material processing and recycling. The plant was also showcased to a broad audience of industry professionals at Weiach Historik, where it attracted considerable interest.
At the heart of the plant is the proven GIPO P 131 impact crusher, featuring a generous 1,270 × 920 mm crusher inlet and a 1,200 mm rotor diameter. This combination enables a high feed capacity of up to 600 tonnes per hour, while ensuring reliable and uniform crushing of a wide range of materials.
A particularly forward-looking feature is the fully electric GENSET drive concept. The GIPOGREEN technology combines environmental responsibility with economic efficiency. Thanks to its electric drive, it offers high performance and flexible operating processes. The plant enables low-emission operation and significantly reduces both energy consumption and noise levels on site. At the same time, operators benefit from lower operating costs and an improved environmental footprint.
With an operating weight of approximately 100 tonnes, a hopper capacity of up to 10 m³, and an impressive throughput rate, the GIPO P 131 GIGA ranks among the most powerful mobile impact crushing plants in its class. It is ideally suited to demanding applications in recycling, natural stone processing and professional contract crushing operations.
We congratulate and thank Ritter Recycling AG for placing its trust in GIPO and wish the company every success with this high-performance plant.
