Tracked mobile impact crusher GIPO P 090 GIGA
With the new GIPO P 090 GIGA tracked mobile impact crusher, Konrad Schmaus has finally found the right crusher for his business, one that is ideally suited to the wide range of tasks his company undertakes. Quality and reliability are key values that apply equally to both Schmaus and the GIPO P 090 GIGA.
The Konrad Schmaus GmbH, based in Adelzhausen near Munich, offers a broad range of services, including demolition, earthworks, scrap processing, transport operations and the management of its own sand and gravel pits. More recently, the company has expanded into asbestos and hazardous material remediation, specialised civil engineering works and the operation of a concrete filling station. Although the company was founded in 2013, its roots can be traced back to 1935. Today, it employs around 80 people and operates a fleet of more than 100 machines.
For the processing of demolished concrete and other mineral materials, Konrad Schmaus was looking for a reliable crushing plant equipped with a discharge chute. After extensive research and several visits to GIPO, he chose the GIPO P 090 GIGA. The plant stands out for its mobility, low transport weight and versatility in recycling applications. Features such as the pre-screening unit, high-performance post-screen, oversize recirculation system, magnetic separator and air classifier ensure consistently high product quality. For Schmaus, the machine’s robust design, high manufacturing quality and the expert advice provided by GIPO were particularly decisive factors.
