Powerful longitudinal metal discharge
With the GIPO P 101 GIGA, GIPO GISLER POWER AG is expanding its proven range of mobile impact crushers with a powerful model featuring a distinctive technical solution: longitudinal metal discharge. This innovative arrangement is a unique feature in the compact class and offers significant advantages, particularly in demanding recycling applications.
The new GIPO P 101 GIGA and GIPO P 111 GIGA models combine proven GIPO plant technology with efficient metal discharge using a permanent magnet. The longitudinal arrangement has been specifically designed to reliably remove metal parts from the processed material.
As with the other GIPO impact crushers, material discharge from the crusher is handled by the proven vibrating discharge chute. This robust solution ensures a consistent and controlled material flow from the impact crusher. The discharged material is then conveyed via the conveyor belt to the screening unit.
The overband magnetic separator is positioned longitudinally above the transfer point between the crusher discharge conveyor and the screening unit. This positioning allows metal parts to be captured particularly efficiently, lifted from the material flow and reliably discharged. Longitudinal metal discharge offers notable advantages in recycling applications. Metal parts contained in the feed material can be captured even more effectively by the longitudinally positioned overband magnetic separator.
With the GIPO P 101 GIGA and GIPO P 111 GIGA, GIPO is continuing the systematic development of its mobile impact crushers.
