Through this strategically important partnership, we will now also be able to offer our high-quality mobile crushing and processing plants for quarries, mining, recycling and non-metallic minerals in selected markets via our partner MAGNA. An opportunity for growth and stability.
MAGNA will distribute a specific portfolio of GIPO machines under its own brand with immediate effect. For GIPO AG, this cooperation signifies expanded market coverage without changing its own identity as an independent, family-run business. Ownership, management, personnel structures and operational independence will remain fully intact. The cooperation is also “non-exclusive”. Existing GIPO sales partners and dealers will remain active and continue to serve the market as usual in their existing regions.
