Available quickly and ready for immediate use
With the successful delivery of a GIPO P 101 GIGA, Werner Otto GmbH in Hamelin has opted for a compact and at the same time powerful impact crushing plant of the latest generation. Initial contact was made via the GIPO representative in Germany, WBI Warner Bau- und Industriemaschinen GmbH, at the end of December 2025. Thanks to an immediately available machine in stock, WBI was able to complete the project in a very short time, a crucial advantage for a flying start on the construction site.
The GIPO P 101 GIGA is specially designed for flexible use and is ideal as a classic construction site machine. Due to its compact design and optimised transport weight, it can be moved quickly and straightforwardly from one site to another – perfect for smaller construction sites and frequent changes of location.
The plant impresses technically with a robust impact crusher with an inlet opening of approximately 970 x 800 mm and a rotor diameter of 1,100 mm. The system is complemented by an efficient final screening unit and separate pre-screening, which improves the quality of the end product and reduces wear at the same time. With a maximum feed performance of around 250 t/h and a powerful drive unit, the plant offers an impressive all-round package in the compact class. Another practical detail is the transversely arranged, height-adjustable magnet that ensures the reliable separation of ferrous fractions and thus guarantees clean end products, particularly in recycling applications.
The GIPO P 101 GIGA therefore combines high performance, mobility and efficiency. And thanks to the rapid availability at WBI, the right machine was on site at the right time. This availability is a crucial success factor – particularly in the dynamic day-to-day reality on construction sites.
