Even more efficient thanks to hybrid technology
Diesel on the construction site, purely electric in the works – the first GIPO hybrid crusher based on the brand new GIPO P 101 GIGA epitomises this ideal combination. The use of this crusher at Kelberger GmbH in Hebertsfelden shows how this combination works in practice.
Robust and reliable
In a business with over 50 employees, 15 trucks, various excavators, wheel loaders and tracked units, our mobile crushing and screening plants are a must. At this point, Roland Kelberger can look back at extensive, proven collaboration with GIPO: “At GIPO, we found the crusher that is just right for our requirements.” The first GIPO crusher, the GIPOREC R90 FDR GIGA, arrived in the yard back in 2015, followed by a second GIPOREC R90 in 2017. GIPO and Kelberger GmbH have thus been associated for a long time.
Efficiency and sustainability
Based on this long-standing relationship, the requirements for a new crusher were specified in detailed conversations with Jesse Gasser (GIPO external sales team) and GIPO management in Seedorf. With the new tracked impact crushing plant GIPO P 101 GIGA, a machine was finally found that meets precisely the requirement profile.
For the first time in GIPO history, the GIPO P 101 GIGA has been designed as a hybrid. For Roland Kelberger, this is the ideal configuration for his needs: “Without problems, we can operate the tracked impact crushing plant with diesel during inner-city demolition work, however on our company premises it operates entirely electrically. It could hardly be more ideal.”
