“Drop-off” genset for impact crushing plant
The innovative drop-off concept permits the operation of the plant with a remote power unit connected using a cable. There are multiple benefits for operators: diesel tax refunds and significantly reduced noise and dust pollution in the working area.
Proven crushing technology for the most demanding requirements
At the heart of the plant is the proven GIPO impact crusher type P 131 with a generous inlet of 1270 x 800 mm and a rotor diameter of 1200 mm. This combination guarantees high throughput while ensuring reliable, uniform crushing of a wide variety of materials. The active pre-screening with a size of 2200 x 1200 mm separates fine material before it reaches the crushing chamber. This feature significantly reduces wear on crushing tools and wearing parts. There is a clear advantage for the customer, as less wear and tear means lower operating costs and greater cost effectiveness.
Robust discharge channel for reliable material flow
The robust discharge channel effectively protects the crusher discharge conveyor from damage caused by pieces of ferrous metal in the crushed material and ensures gentle and even material transport to the discharge belt. Blockages and belt damage are reduced to a minimum – for trouble-free and durable operation. The integrated double-deck final screening unit, measuring 1550 x 5500 mm, ensures precise classification of the material to the required final particle size. The result: maximum performance and the highest product quality.
Transparency due to intelligent volume measuring system
Another highlight is the integrated volume measuring system, which provides an overview of the amount of material crushed at all times. In combination with GIPO telemetry reporting, this feature permits straightforward, convenient online data acquisition – for full transparency and optimal operational planning.
