Successfully in use in Croatia
With the fully mobile processing plant GIPO V 2100 GIGA, long-standing customer Innecto d.o.o. from Split, Croatia, is once again putting its trust in Swiss quality and innovation. This is the third time the company has opted for a plant from GIPO and is a clear indication of consistently positive experience in the past.
The tracked vertical impact crusher GIPO V 2100 GIGA combines the tried-and-tested GIPO Kombi system in a single, high-performance unit. Equipped with a feed unit, the high-quality Magotteaux vertical impact crusher MAG’Impact, an efficient final screening unit and an integrated oversize material return, the plant permits the production of several different classes of premium chippings.
The plant comes into its own particularly while processing limestone: it produces high-quality fine aggregates and delivers excellent results during fine crushing. Thanks to the 3-deck final screening machine, one to three final particle sizes can be produced flexibly – precisely tailored to the customer’s requirements.
With a feed performance of up to 160 t/h, the GIPO V 2100 GIGA provides high throughput combined with a compact design. The diesel-hydraulic drive technology ensures reliable, economical operation, while the sophisticated design makes it particularly easy to operate.
From the initial enquiry through to delivery, numerous individual customer requests were met successfully. The plant forms part of a mature overall concept consisting of an optimally matched crushing and screening plant.
The customer’s verdict is, unsurprisingly, positive. The customer is extremely satisfied with both the new plant and the quality of the end product. The investment in the GIPO V 2100 GIGA once again demonstrates the performance and flexibility of modern GIPO processing solutions in international applications.
