GIPO GISLER POWER AG is strengthening its Executive Management and reorganising its structure
We are delighted to inform you of an important development at GIPO GISLER POWER AG. As of April 1, 2026, our Executive Management team will be newly composed. This marks another milestone arising from the recently completed harmonisation of our two companies, Emil Gisler AG and GIPO AG, as well as the adoption of our joint corporate strategy.
Executive Management composition as of April 1, 2026
The owners Claudia Gisler and Sabine Arnold-Gisler will focus more closely on their strategic roles on the Board of Directors as well as their operational responsibilities, and will be stepping back from the Executive Management team. Kari Gasser will remain as CEO and Chair of the Executive Management, and Guido Zwyssig will continue in his role as CFO / Head of Finance & Controlling.
The following individuals will be joining the GIPO GISLER POWER AG Executive Management team:
- Marco Cammarata, Deputy Head of Machinery & Trade Products / Sales
- Peter Imhof, Head of Plant Engineering
- Michael Fedier, Head of Service & Services
- Mathias Gisler, Head of Operations
Revised Organisational Structure
The new organisational structure is clearly aligned along areas of responsibility and value-creation units. This enables shorter decision-making processes, clearer accountability, and an even stronger customer focus — to the benefit of our collaboration as well.
