Uniform appearance under new name GIPO GISLER POWER AG
For many years, GIPO AG and Emil Gisler AG have stood for high-quality and reliable solutions in the field of mobile and stationary processing systems, crushing and screening plants, as well as machinery for the construction, mining and recycling industries. In order to unify our market presence and make processes more transparent for you, we will harmonise our corporate structure as of 1 January 2026.
From this point onwards, we will operate with only one company. Emil Gisler AG will continue to carry our strong brand under the new name GIPO GISLER POWER AG as of 1 January 2026. GIPO AG will be gradually withdrawn from the market presence during the course of 2026 and integrated within the group.
What does this mean for you specifically?
- Change of company name: Emil Gisler AG will operate under the new name GIPO GISLER POWER AG as of the beginning of 2026.
- New orders: As of 1 January 2026, all orders will be processed via GIPO GISLER POWER AG.
- Existing orders: All orders already agreed upon will continue to be executed by GIPO AG as usual, including delivery, invoicing and payment processing.
- Invoicing & payments: Please note that company name, UID and bank details may differ depending on the invoicing entity. Please check the details on your invoices. In addition, please update the following information in your master data as of 1 January 2026:
- Previous: Emil Gisler AG
- New: GIPO GISLER POWER AG
- Service & warranty: All existing services and obligations will remain unchanged and will be transferred accordingly to GIPO GISLER POWER AG.
There will be no further operational changes for you. Ownership remains unchanged, and you will continue to benefit from the same high quality and your familiar contact persons. We look forward to continuing our successful cooperation under GIPO GISLER POWER AG.
