Versatile in mobile processing
With the GIPO V 2100, GIPO GISLER POWER AG presents the new model of its mobile vertical impact crusher. Based on the high-quality Magotteaux MAG’Impact vertical impact crusher and proven GIPO technology, it offers a compact and extremely powerful machine.
As a traditional Swiss company, GIPO GISLER POWER AG has always been interested in developing new solutions. The new GIPO V 2100, the latest model of the mobile vertical impact crusher, is a testament to this approach and the result of many years of collaboration with Magotteaux. By combining metal and ceramic materials, the French company is one of the world’s leading specialists in wear protection.
In this case, processing is handled by the proven Magotteaux MAG’Impact 2100 vertical impact crusher, which GIPO has seamlessly integrated into its equally proven drive and tracked chassis technology. The result is a track-mounted, compact and powerful crushing unit which, weighing less than 40 tonnes, falls into the lightweight class and is ideally suited to a wide range of applications.
These include the production of high-quality chippings, the processing of limestone and natural stone and, after a conversion time of only around half an hour, asphalt. During the presentation of the GIPO V 2100 at a Swiss gravel plant, gneiss and granite were processed with ease, with both the high proportion of cubical final product and the excellent product quality proving impressive. The maximum feed size is 80 mm, while production capacity is specified at up to 180 t/h.
Another key feature of the new GIPO V 2100, in addition to its broad range of applications, is its flexible handling. Weighing around 38 tonnes, with a width of 2.55 metres and a length of just under 16 metres, the mobile crusher can be transported quickly and easily without extensive permit requirements, an important advantage for contract crushing companies and rental applications.
Other typical GIPO features include the feed unit, diesel-hydraulic drive, with a fully electric drive also available, a belt scale and metal detectors on the feed conveyor, all integrated into the familiar, robust and extensively proven GIPO technology that forms the overall machine design. The machine can be powered by either a CAT or Scania engine.
Compact, powerful and flexible: with these characteristics, the new GIPO V 2100 is certain to attract considerable interest.
