GIPOWASH

With GIPOWASH, we provide mobile and stationary wet processing solutions. Our excavated-material wash plants feature a modular design with integrated water treatment. By washing out recoverable fractions, disposal costs are minimised and the material loop is closed.

Modular wet processing

The modular plant system is capable of washing excavated material and refining it into the desired final components for recycling. In addition, thanks to sand and gravel classification, several high-quality products can be obtained. The GIPOWASH consists of the following modular units: feed unit, AggStorm, CSP sand processing, screening unit.

GIPO Technologies

Feed unit

The feed unit serves as a material buffer and ensures an even material flow. The tipping grid performs pre-sorting and removes coarse oversize. The feed conveyor transfers the material to the AggStorm 150 log washer.

The feed unit essentially comprises the following components:

  • steel structure

  • feed hopper

  • tipping grid (glossary: also “feed grating”)

  • optional vibrating grizzly feeder (single-deck or two-deck)

  • magnetic conveyor

  • feed conveyor

AggStorm

The AggStorm 150 is a modular plant designed to remove clay-bound excavated material from natural rock and ore – something that rinsing or screening alone cannot achieve. AggStorm is an efficient solution for use in the aggregates and construction industries.

The log-washer shafts rotate in opposite directions and are synchronised so that the overlap of the paddle blades delivers maximum scrubbing action. Thanks to its special design, AggStorm provides outstanding performance under the toughest operating conditions and converts clay-bound feed into a high-quality end product.

LOG WASHER

  • Robust steel-frame tank design

  • Length: 7,250 mm

  • Width: 2,400 mm

  • Twin-shaft log washer with replaceable paddles

  • Full-length water spray

  • Distribution box with inlet and discharge

  • Drive with electric motors: 2 × 22 kW

  • Variable speed via frequency converter (VFD)

Screening unit

The screening machines ensure clean separation of sand and gravel fractions into the required final sizes. With conveyors, the final fractions are transported to the stockpile or into gravel boxes.

The following versions with 2 and 3 decks are offered:

  • Screening unit 512 (1,524 × 3,660 mm)

  • Screening unit 516 (1,524 × 4,880 mm)

  • Screening unit 620 (1,829 × 6,100 mm)

Sand Processing CSP

The Compact Sand Plant (CSP) product line provides an excellent cut point for washed sand and enables up to two end products according to specific requirements.
In addition to maximum quality and performance, they offer benefits such as straightforward and rapid installation, easy operation, low maintenance and an overall compact footprint. Each CSP can be tailored to individual needs.

GIPOWATER

The water and sludge treatment plant WSA is used for water recovery and sludge dewatering. GIPOWASH provides complete water treatment with chamber filter presses of various sizes, along with the corresponding pumps, clarification tank and associated system components.

GIPORINSER

The GIPORINSER plants are highly flexible, mobile washing systems with high capacity. The S 154 / 3 and S 156 / 3 models are available as track-mounted versions. In the 3-deck configuration they are supplied complete with three side conveyors and a split collection hopper for a total of five end products. Thanks to short set-up times and rapid conversion, GIPORINSER units are the ideal solution for flexible short- and long-term use. The plants can also be easily converted to dry screening.

The plant essentially comprises the following components:

  • sludge-water collection sump

  • flocculant mixing station

  • clarification tank

  • sludge discharge system

  • sludge homogenisation tank

  • sludge pump

  • chamber filter press

  • clean-water tank
